Our Approach

At Scope MD...our approach is simple:

1. Do justice to the Caregivers and the People they serve. We take the broad view and stay current on theories of health and the affect of physical design.
2. Offer real solutions and facts. We are concerned about patient outcomes, turn rates for staff, operational efficiency, maintenance costs and so on. We understand and discuss the importance of reputation and it's affect on a facility's competitive stance in the community.
3. Develop new ideas outside the box. Change is the only constant and our products must be flexible. They must accommodate a very diverse patient base, with a wide variation in age, body size, physical debility, and medical needs...We employ a physician advisory council, which meets monthly, to review product design and innovation. We solicit your new product ideas and ways to improve ours.
4. Maintain the belief that our products make a difference. The evidence linking improved medical outcomes, staff loyalty, and financial performance with healthcare environments is now irrefutable. We know our customers and have a responsibility to provide for medically efficient products for the different markets involved, Treatment, Surgery Recovery and Home Medical Equipment.
